Salmon Mango Cashew Salad

If you need more protein in your diet but don't always have the time or patience for cooking meat try this recipe. Great for lunch or dinner on a pile of greens, this salad is high in calcium and healthy fats but ...low in carbohydrates. This dish can also be doubled and served to a group as a dip with cucumber slices.

Ingredients
1 can Wild Planet Alaskan salmon packed in water
1/2 cup celery chopped fine
1/4 cup red onions chopped fine
1/4 cup raw cashews
1/3 cup mango chunks
1/4 of an avocado
1 TBSP Annie's Goddess Dressing

Instructions
1. Easy recipes are the best! Combine all ingredients, mix and serve.

Makes 2 servings.
A serving contains 285 calories, 20g protein and 150mg of calcium.
